Little Flowers Girls' Club

The goal of the Little Flowers Club is to teach young girls what it means to be a Catholic girl and eventually a Catholic woman. The badge activities lead the girls in an understanding of the virtues and helps them form the habit and practice of living the virtues. The time spent with their Catholic peers in the club gives the girls encouragement in their beliefs, support in their beliefs, and friends with who to share their beliefs. This is a wonderful group for Catholic girls under the patronage of St. Therese the Little Flower and the Blessed Mother. Our chapter is open to girls in grades 1-6.

Our meetings follow this format:

1. Prayer

2. Introduction of the virtue, Saint, and scripture verse

3. Craft and social time

4. Closing prayer

Our meetings will be held on the first Friday of the month from 2:00-3:00 pm, except during school breaks.

The meeting dates are as follows:

10/21/11 - St. Faustina - Mercy

11/04/11 - St. Margaret Pole - Courage

12/02/11 - St. Clare of Assisi - Joy
