Mrs. Brierley's Bio

Pooh Corner Pre-School has flourished under the directorship of Mrs. Brierley, who is beginning her 8th year of teaching and her 5th year at Ss. Peter and Paul. NYS Certified, Mrs. Brierley holds a B.A. in English Education from Canisius College. She has taught in two other area Catholic elementary schools. This year she introduced an all day three-year-old program into Pooh Corner. She also instituted before and after care for all Pre K classes this year. In addition to teaching a class of four year olds, Mrs. Brierley also teaches a sixth grade reading class and can be found meeting with prospective school parents and supervising her staff of 8 teachers and aides. She is one busy lady who is the mother of two SSPP girls. She is always working on ideas to make Pooh Corner better.
